Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) opens up new possibilities in microbiology and is being implemented across the globe as high throughput tool for in depth molecular typing.

The course will give participants both theoretical and practical review of the entire NGS workflow from library preparation to data analyses on the Ion Torrent PGM or S5 XL sequencers.

Participants will have the opportunity to sequence and analyse their own samples during the course.


20.000 SEK and includes lunch and reagent costs.
