Reporting of ingredients November 20th 2016

November 20th 2016 was the last day to report products already on the market, in accordance with article 5 in directive 2014/40/EU. The required information should be provided in the web-based reporting tool EU-CEG. The EU-CEG system received a very large volume of submissions over the last days of reporting which caused the system, processing the information in the submission, to take more time to respond than usual. As a result, response messages on the result of the processing may have taken longer to arrive at the submitter. It is nevertheless important that you as submitter report again/continue reporting if you as submitter suspects that there are remaining problems with your submission. This is important since tobacco products are required to be reported according to 16 § tobakslag (1993:581).

You are also advised to contact the SANTE-EUCEG-ITSUPPORT if you need information pertaining to technical issues that may have caused an error in your reporting.
