Children and adolescents – information about vaccination against COVID-19
Vaccinations against COVID-19 are in full swing in Sweden and within the EU. In Sweden, adolescents aged 16 and over are now also being offered vaccination against COVID-19. Children aged 12-15 years with an increased risk of severe viral infections are also being offered vaccination.

Pregnancy and vaccination against COVID-19
Vaccination against COVID-19 is recommended for everyone who is pregnant. There is nothing to indicate that vaccinating a pregnant woman has any negative impact on either the pregnant women or the foetus.

The Public Health Agency of Sweden is recommending that Astra Zeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine should continue to be used in Sweden to protect people aged 65 and over from the disease known as COVID-19.
