If you want to sell tobacco free nicotine products to consumers in Sweden, but do not have a registered office or a permanent establishment for business activities in Sweden, you must notify us of the sale. A notification is necessary in order for you to be allowed to sell these products to consumers in Sweden.
Please note that retailers who have a registered office or a permanent establishment for business activities in Sweden must report sales of tobacco free nicotine products to the municipality.
You need to establish a self-monitoring programme for your notification
A self-monitoring programme must be included when you notify cross-border distance sales of tobacco free nicotine products. Your notification is not complete without a self-monitoring programme that is adapted to your business.

If there are any changes to your cross-border distance sales or your self-monitoring programme, you must notify us. It is important that the information we have about your sales and the details in your self-monitoring programme are up-to-date and accurate.
