Notified tobacco free nicotine products
Manufacturers and importers of tobacco free nicotine products must notify their products to us. These products are also subject to an annual reporting obligation. These requirements must be fulfilled for the products to be available on the Swedish market.

About the list
- The list only contains information about products for which the mandatory fees have been paid.
- Manufacturers and importers that intend to provide tobacco free nicotine products on the Swedish market must notify their products and pay a mandatory fee to us. If the fee is not paid, the product notification will be rejected and the product is not allowed to be available on the Swedish market.
- These products are also subject to an annual reporting obligation with a mandatory fee. If the fee is not paid, the annual reporting is not considered fulfilled and the product is not allowed to be available on the Swedish market.
- Information about products for which the mandatory fee has not been paid will not be visible in the list of notified tobacco free nicotine products.
- Only products that consumers can expect to find on the Swedish market are presented in the list. These are products that:
- Were notified at least six months ago, whose submitted launch date has passed and submitted withdrawal date has not passed.
- Have fulfilled the annual reporting obligation.
- The list is updated once a day.
- We have not verified that the products in the list meet all requirements in the Act on Tobacco Free Nicotine Products.
