Requirements on electronic cigarettes and refill containers

Before electronic cigarettes and refill containers may be available to consumers on the Swedish market, its manufacturer and/or importer must notify the product to us.

E-cigarettes and refill containers that are available to consumers on the Swedish market must also fulfil the annual reporting obligation, be compliant with product requirements, carry health warnings and have a content declaration on its packages as well as having an instruction leaflet.
