Consumer sales of electronic cigarettes and refill containers

This information sheet is intended for those who sell or intend to start selling electronic cigarettes and refill containers to consumers (retailers).

If you want to sell electronic cigarettes to consumers, you must notify this to the municipality and, in some cases, register at the Public Health Agency of Sweden before sales may begin

The information sheet does not provide you with all the information about the regulations you must be aware of when you engage in retailing these products.
