This information sheet is for you that intend to sell tobacco-free nicotine products to consumers.
If you want to sell tobacco-free nicotine products to consumers then you must notify this to your municipality before you start to sell this products. Under certain circumstances, you must instead notify it to the Public Health Agency of Sweden before you start to sell this products.
The information sheet summarises certain provisions that apply to the sale of tobacco-free nicotine products. It is important that you as a retailer know all the rules that apply to your business.
