Utbrottshandboken är avsedd för den som arbetar med livsmedelsburen smitta eller på annat sätt kan bli involverad i utredningsarbetet. Syftet är att ge råd och kunskap som kan stötta i arbetet med att stoppa smittspridning och för en säkrare livsmedelshantering.
